It is the learner's responsibility to review the transcript and individual certificates for accuracy.  Keep in mind that while on-demand credit is typically reflected immediately, the transcript may not reflect credit for conferences or webinars for up to 14 days after an event.   It is the learner's responsibility to immediately report any errors in the transcript to help@cognificent.org.  We recommend that you periodically download a PDF of your transcript as well as any certificates you have earned.  You can download the PDF transcript by clicking the "Print" icon located at the top right of the transcript and select "Save as PDF."  You can download your individual certificates by clicking on the certificate icon beside each course and saving the certificate to your computer. 

*The status field displays when Cognificent Learning created your certificate, this may be different than the date you earned the credit. The issuer of your certificate, if different than Cognificent Learning, will be displayed on the certificate. Questions about credit awarded must be directed to the issuer.
